The spirit of this program. Referral credit is a goodwill thank-you from Belle Vie to our existing patients for sharing their experience. It is not payment, compensation, or a commission for referring patients, and it is never conditioned on a friend receiving any particular treatment, quantity of product, or course of care. Any treatment a new patient receives is determined solely by their provider based on independent clinical judgment and what is appropriate for that patient

Eligibility. The referred person must be a new patient who has not previously received services at either Belle Vie location. The referring patient must have an active Belle Vie patient account. One reward per new patient referred. The referral must be identified before or at the time of the new patient's first visit, either through the referring patient's unique referral link or by providing the referring patient's full name at check-in or on the intake form.

The new patient's $50. Applies to the new patient's first paid treatment at Belle Vie. Cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, monthly special, or introductory offer on the same service. Not valid toward gift cards, retail products, prescription or medically supervised programs, or account balances

The referring patient's $50. Issued as account credit after the referred patient completes and pays for their first treatment. Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to gift cards or retail products, and cannot be combined with another promotional discount on the same service. Credit does not expire. Credit is forfeited if the associated patient account is closed.

General. Belle Vie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program, or to withhold credit where the program appears to be misused, at any time and without notice.
