You never feel like they're peddling you a bunch of products, there is no pressure to buy or commit, and the services provided are amazing. I'll start with laser, I started before the pandemic but had to pause in 2020, came back, and kinda restarted it with more body parts. My hair has not grown back. I think it's been 2 years.
